Looking for a company - J. Walker Ltd.
Hello, My name is David Smith and I now reside in Canada. Recently I obtained an obituary in reference to Ernest Smith, my grandfather. In it there is a company mention called J. Walker. Ltd. Uttoxeter where he was employed.
Can anyone help me trace this company as it appears to have disappeared. The document is dated as 1930's.
Walker's had something to do with Timber and or Sawmilling if my information is correct.
Any help will be much appreciated.
